Sweet Earth Mug Club Subscription

Welcome to the Sweet Earth Mug Club- a seasonal mug subscription that mails or delivers a Sweet Earth mug to your door every three months on the equinox or solstice! 

A subscription is four separate charges of $65 over the course of a year (four mugs = $260). You can cancel at any time.

How will we know what mugs we will get?

You won't! This is a mug club for the lovers of one-of-a-kinders. And for the collectors of 'who knows what I'm gonna get'-ers.

How do you pick your glaze colours each season?

I try to give each batch of mugs a seasonal feel (i.e. fall mugs that feel like coziness and autumn, summer mugs that feel like a trip to the beach).

Is the subscription always one mug?

Usually each season will be a mug, however one of the seasons might be two tumblers instead, because mug club members are rule breakers. :)

When do the charges go through on my card?

Charges will occur on the 15th of the month of June, September, December, and March.

How will we know when pick ups are happening or shipments are going out?

Mug deliveries/pick ups will follow on or around the 21st of the month. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT IN YOUR CUSTOMER PORTAL. I communicate all of the shipping and/or pick up information to that email address.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after a charge has been made to your card, you will still receive that season's mug, and then will not receive any further mugs.

Will the price change?

Mug Club prices may change, but I am committed to only doing so once a year. I will give notice ahead of time, so that you have ample time to cancel or change your order.
