Pottery caught me up unexpectedly a few years ago, when a lovely friend invited me to go with her to a class. Fast forward to now, and I’m deeply head overs heels for this art form that is wildly messy splattered fun, and also requires stillness, precision and centred breath.
I believe wholeheartedly that the objects we interact with most every day should be beautiful, functional, and pleasurable to use. I hope to offer that… to create pieces of functional and sustainable beauty that help you to pause and find enjoyment in the moment you are in.

Sweet Earth Ceramics is based out of my home studio in Murillo ON (Northern Ontario). When not in the studio I am often to be found chasing after my toddler, trying to keep our dog from getting into the chicken coop, and growing flowers and veggies with mixed success.
